What does MyWork Australia do?
We build complete website packages for tradesmen, small businesses and individuals. We take care of absolutely every step of the process; from designing your site, getting it online, giving it a unique web address, setting up emails and providing you with ongoing support.

Will this really only cost me $150 per year?
Yes, you get everything for that price with no hidden costs. You get your own multi-page website, a .com.au domain name, hosting, content management system access and support all for $150 per annum.

Why are your prices so much more affordable than other web design companies?
Other web design companies take advantage of the average person's lack of understanding of web design. They charge massive mark ups. With the right infrastructure and processes in place web design can be completed seamlessly and cost effectively. Due to our extensive network of servers and our simple yet highly effective web design techniques we are able to pass on massive savings to our clients while still providing industry leading support and a high quality product.

What will my website look like?
For examples of our previous work click here. Your website will feature your own unique content, custom pages, business logo and photos along with a colour scheme of your choice.

Is there a limit to the number of pages my website can have?
No, there is not. If you run out of space in your top navigational menu you can easily add "sub-pages". As a result there is literally no limit to the number of pages your website can have.

Can I choose the colour of my website?
Yes, this is completely left up to you. Every aspect of the website can be customised to your liking, including the colours. Just let us know what colours you'd like used.

What will my website address be?
Your web address is commonly "yourbusiness.com.au". For example, if your business is called "Bob's Landscaping" then you could have a web address of bobslandscaping.com.au. Alternatively, you could have landscapingbob.com.au. It is your choice.

How soon will my website be available?
We aim to have all websites completed within 4 weeks from the point in time you initially contact us.

Who owns my website and domain name?
You do. The website and your domain name are your property and can be taken with you if you ever choose to move to a different host.

How do I get my photos on my website?
You can easily upload them yourself via your Content Management System (CMS) that you can access after your website is created. Alternatively you can put them in an email and send them to us.

How do I update or change things on my website?
Anyone with just the most basic of computer skills will be able to do it through the Content Management System (CMS) that you can access after your website is created.

Can I update my website on my own?
Yes you can. When you sign up your receive your own Content Management System (CMS) login and password that will give you access to your own CMS where you can update everything on the site, including photos. If you have problems or have any questions, just give us a call or drop us an email, we'll be happy to help you out.

How do I pay for my website?
Upon creating your website we will send you an Invoice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposits and Cheques. Full details will be included on the Invoice.

Do you offer email addresses?
Yes, we can organise an email address for you upon request. Each account comes with 2 free email addresses that we setup for you. If you wish to have more than 2 email addresses we offer unlimited email addresses for an extra $50 per year.

I currently own my own domain name. Can I use it with your service?
Yes, you can. Call or email us and we'll take care of it for you, free of charge.

My business does not have a logo. Can you create one for me?
Yes we can. For the one-time charge of $400 we will build you a professional logo tailor made for your specific requests. Check out some examples of our recent work.

Will my website appear on Search Engines such as Google?
Yes (just ask us how). Via the CMS you can define your own meta data, page titles, page addresses and other important SEO focused page elements. These elements, along with a variety of other aspects, are what search engines look for when determing their rankings. The better the website's content, the more likely it is that your website will appear near the top of the search listings. We have years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) so you can be assured that your website will be fully optimised for all major search engines.

Where will my website be hosted?
Your website will be hosted on one of our high-powered dedicated servers located in Brisbane, Queensland. By having your website located in Australia this will result in much faster loading times and a greater chance of your website appearing higher on Google.
