Is there a limit to the number of pages my website can have?

No, there is not. If you run out of space in your top navigational menu you can easily add "sub-pages". As a result there is literally no limit to the number of pages your website can have.

Can I choose the colour of my website?

Yes, this is completely left up to you. Every aspect of the website can be customised to your liking, including the colours. Just let us know what colours you'd like used.

What will my website address be?

Your web address is commonly "yourbusiness.com.au". For example, if your business is called "Bob's Landscaping" then you could have a web address of bobslandscaping.com.au. Alternatively, you could have landscapingbob.com.au. It is your choice.

How soon will my website be available?

We aim to have all websites completed within 4-6 weeks from the point in time you initially contact us. If you have a certain launch date in mind, please let our team know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Who owns my website and domain name?

You do. The website and your domain name are your property and can be taken with you if you ever choose to move to a different host.

How do I get my photos on my website?

You can easily upload them yourself via your Content Management System (CMS) that you can access after your website is created. Alternatively you can put them in an email and send them to us.

How do I update or change things on my website?

Anyone with just the most basic of computer skills will be able to do it through the Content Management System (CMS) that you can access after your website is created.

Can I update my website on my own?

Yes you can. When you sign up your receive your own Content Management System (CMS) login and password that will give you access to your own CMS where you can update everything on the site, including photos. If you have problems or have any questions, just give us a call or drop us an email, we'll be happy to help you out.

How do I pay for my website?

We'll simply send you an invoice, or you can sign up and pay over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposits and Cheques. Full details will be included on the Invoice.

Do you offer email addresses?

Yes, we can organise an email address for you upon request. Each account comes with 2 free email addresses that we setup for you. If you wish to have more than 2 email addresses we can set you up with 10 email addresses for an extra $100 per year. Other email options for customers requiring more than 10 email addresses are available on request.

I currently own my own domain name. Can I use it with your service?

Yes, you can. Call or email us and we'll take care of it for you.

My business does not have a logo. Can you create one for me?

Yes we can. For the one-time charge of $800 we will build you a professional logo tailor made for your specific requests. Check out some examples of our recent work.

Will my website appear on Search Engines such as Google?

Yes (just ask us how). Via the CMS you can define your own meta data, page titles, page addresses and other important SEO focused page elements. These elements, along with a variety of other aspects, are what search engines look for when determing their rankings. The better the website's content, the more likely it is that your website will appear near the top of the search listings. We have years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) so you can be assured that your website will be fully optimised for all major search engines.

I need an amazing website, can I pay more for one?

Where will my website be hosted?

Your website will be hosted on one of our high-powered dedicated servers located in Brisbane, Queensland. By having your website located in Australia this will result in much faster loading times and a greater chance of your website appearing higher on Google. With over 15 years worth of website hosting experience, we have the technical expertise to ensure that your website will be up and running 24/7.

Am I under any type of contract, what if I want to leave?

As mentioned above, you own your website and domain name so you can move your website elsewhere (or close it down if you wish) whenever you desire. You are not under any form of contract. Each year we will send you your renewal invoice. Pay the invoice if you wish to keep receiving hosting, support and domain renewal.

What do I do if there is a problem with your website?

Our network facility boasts an average uptime of 99.9%. We are available during regular office hours to assist you via email or phone and offer emergencies support outside of office hours for major issues. We also offer an extensive Support Portal filled with easy to follow tutorials.

We have done all of the hard work already, meaning we can roll out the infrastructure for your online shop in a cost effective manner while still ensuring a highly professional design. All of the websites and online shops we design have their own unique custom style, with strictly no templates. The annual fee (plus a one-time setup fee) ensures a business of any size can get their foot in the door without having to risk exorbitant amounts of money.

How much is the setup fee and what does it involve?

The setup fee covers all of the time we spend designing and developing your new website or online shop. It also covers other internal costs such as having a dedicated Project Manager assigned to your project to ensure your website design requests are accurately passed onto our design team. No two websites are the same, so our setup costs varies. Have a read of our "How Much Does A Website Cost in Australia?" page for some general guidelines though.

How many products or categories can I have in my shop?

There is no limit. By using the user-friendly admin system you can add as many products and categories as you wish.

Can I accept credit card payments?

Yes, we have a wide range of payment gateways available including the widely accepted PayPal, allowing people to pay via their PayPal account or directly via credit card. Alternatively, we can integrate a payment gateway directly from your bank, allowing your customers to pay via credit card without ever leaving your website. Our payment gateways support both Visa and Mastercard and work with all leading Australian banks including, but not limited to, Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, NAB, Westpac, St George and Suncorp.

Do you offer SSL certificates?

For the annual fee of $100 we can install an SSL Certificate into your online shop. An SSL certificate is only an optional addition for online shops that use Paypal as their payment gateway, however it is a requirement if using one of the banks payment gateways.

What type of shipping options are available?

Let us know how you want to ship your products and how much it will cost and we'll work with you to figure out the best possible shipping solution. Common shipping options include Australia Post, FastWay, Interparcel, flat rate, weight based along with a variety of additional custom and courier based systems.

Both you and your customers receive an email confirmation via email. All order history is tracked via the admin system which can then be viewed at any point in time by both you and your customers.

Do I need to download any software?

No you do not. Everything is controlled from an admin system accessed from your internet browser.
